All in all it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I would come here again. I liked the room, the bed was comfy. Hotel team were happy to help. Overall clean property and personalized service. Secure location, quiet gardens.

Came in Chicago for weekend, the hotel met what we needed. Lots of supplies in the room: a personal safe, multi-channel television and a seating area.

Room was cool enough and very fancy, bathroom was luxurious, perfectly located hotel. Venue was spotless. Staff was exceptionally attentive here for us. Appreciated painless check-in and fast check-out.

I find the hotel calm, impeccably clean and the staff is very dedicated. This property is perfectly situated, within walking distance of attractions.

This hotel was reasonable base for exploring Chicago, loved it. Location: the property was close enough to the theater, the Art Institute and local attractions.

The hotel was picture perfect, the bed was fine. Fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, breads and hot waffles provided for breakfast was decent. Staff was cool and provided exemplary service. Downstairs bar and well-maintained pool. An amazing beach, gorgeous view.

It was a such wonderful experience overall. The staff was really extremely friendly, the room was comfortable. Breakfast was varied, better that in most places. Found in the amazing area.
